Shipping - Delivery

Where Do You Ship To?


We ship worldwide. While many of our customers are based in the US, we offer global shipping.
We operate two warehouses: a US warehouse and an International warehouse.

US Warehouse


Customers in the US can place orders from the US warehouse. Although product prices are slightly higher, delivery is faster; the average delivery time is 3–7 business days.

Our successful delivery rate to the United States is 98%.


International Warehouse


Customers in the US and across the globe can place orders from this warehouse. The products are identical, but the delivery process differs; shipping may take slightly longer compared to orders from the US warehouse.

 

Shipping Times

  • Shipments from the USA warehouse: 3–7 days.
  • Orders from the international warehouse: 5–15 days.

Orders placed with Ultima Pharma are packaged and shipped using reliable methods that adhere to privacy principles.

 

Please contact us if your order has not been delivered after 3 weeks. If your order has not reached you because it was held at customs, please contact us and provide the relevant documentation. In this case, your order will be reshipped to you unconditionally.

Note: However, due to certain customs issues, reshipment to the following countries is not available. These countries are:
France, Australia, Finland, Belgium, North Korea, Philippines, Denmark, Netherlands, South Korea, Switzerland, Canada, Sweden, Norway.

All shipments are sent via air freight using the best options and priority shipping methods.

The shipping fee is 30 USD. For international orders, an additional 15 USD customs fee applies (payable on the order page).

 

Delivery Insurance


You can also purchase insurance for an additional 10% of your order total. This guarantees unconditional delivery of your order. While the standard reshipment policy covers a second shipment, purchasing insurance grants you the right to unlimited reshipments.
